Just a quick note to give kudos to Harriet at the Denton DL Office. All of the staff there was great to work with, but Harriet was a Godsend.

I had an appointment at the Garland Mega Center. First of all, I would like to say that the current COVID process (appointments-only) is great. Please keep it up post-COVID.

My situation was a bit of a mess because I had changed an outdated password and then found I was unable to VPN in with either the new or the old password.

I was pulled over by officer J Williams for speeding. I wanted to send this and congratulate DPS and the officer for his demeanor during the traffic stop.
