This email is being sent in regards to my experience as a customer with the employee, Natalija. She was efficient, personable, and fast! I have never had a better experience at DPS than the day I worked with her. We all know how tedious and stressful the waits, requirements, and processes can be when it comes to DPS, but if I knew I could work with her again, I would absolutely return to the Taylor location before going anywhere else! Please give her my thanks and appreciation! She deserves it! Thank you for hiring employees that are good at their job, but also kind, that is good business!
