I had an appointment at the Garland Mega Center to renew my driver license. Kathy was very helpful and the process was easy and quick. I was pleasantly surprised that as soon as I arrived for my appointment and checked in that my number was immediately called. I was not looking forward to coming to the appointment because I thought it would take a long time, but the streamlined process was much appreciated. I also liked the fact Kathy was sanitizing the seat and desk after each customer.
