I had an appointment at the Garland Mega Center. First of all, I would like to say that the current COVID process (appointments-only) is great. Please keep it up post-COVID. Next, I'd like to commend Mary, who's been incredibly helpful and had an amazing attitude. It was actually a pleasant experience at the DPS thanks to her. She was chatty, but not overbearing and was working efficiently. Exactly how it should be.
