I went into the DPS on an early Friday afternoon and had the pleasure of being helped by Imelda. She was very kind and helpful and when it came time to make my payment my card failed to work for whatever reason, Imelda wrote me a bypass slip so I could run to an ATM and get back in quickly to finish up my experience there. One of the better and quicker visits I’ve had at DPS. Thank you Imelda!
