I had an appointment to renew my driver license and want to thank and praise all the people I dealt with. The lady who worked at the door and greeted me was very efficient and pleasant, as was the gentleman who did the first check-in. Even though I waited some time because I arrived at the early side of my appointment time frame, the wait was reasonable and the waiting area was comfortable and well maintained. The agent who actually processed my renewal application, Rodona Henderson, was extremely pleasant, put me at ease, and very business-like. Thank you for making this a good experience. I am happy that I am renewed until 2029, but I would not dread coming back to this facility if I had to.
