I was pulled over by officer J Williams for speeding. I wanted to send this and congratulate DPS and the officer for his demeanor during the traffic stop. He was very friendly, engaging and spent time talking with my wife and I. I know they have a very serious job, and we very much appreciate the work all the troopers do. It was refreshing to be pulled over and the officer have such a great personality. Great work J. Williams!
