I would like to extend my complements to Trooper A. Ruiz, and his supervision, on an impeccable level of courtesy and professionalism. I had the pleasure of meeting the trooper in Howard County this past Sunday, when he counseled me on operating my vehicle above the posted speed limit. He was definitely all business, but his polite demeanor was exemplary. This encounter only reinforced my pride in the great state of Texas, knowing there are people like him out there. Thank you Trooper Ruiz, and thank you DPS for everything y’all do for us!
