I would like to spotlight Trooper Andreasen for her polite professionalism. She was respectful and thorough with her job to make the highway safer. My family, as well as everyone else's, travels the highway so the inconvenience is worth it knowing my vehicle is safe. She was personable which is lacking in a lot of law enforcement agencies. If she is a reflection of the rest of the department, I commend you.
