Amanda Serna was friendly, courteous, kind and more than understanding of our needs. Amanda went above and beyond her duties for us.
I went to the Plano Office to get my license renewed. I had an appointment and the entire process was seamless; from checking in up front, to waiting (which there was no wait), through to the very end.
I had the pleasure of visiting the Dacoma Driver License Office. Frankly, I was dreading going to have my license renew to the new image with the star.
I wanted to make the time to compliment one of your officers, State Trooper L. Gabler. During my visit thru Texas this week, I was (rightfully) stopped by Trooper Gabler.
Officer Herd was polite and didn’t make me feel like I was going to receive a traffic violation or ticket. I wasn’t paying attention to the speed limit.
I am writing to show appreciation and acknowledgement to the level of professionalism and genuine kindness shown during a traffic stop.
I just renewed my license, earlier than needed in order to get the Real ID compliant DL card. Linda helped me with my application at the Garland Mega Center. She was polite, personable, and professional.
I visited the DPS to renew my driver license. Each employee was very friendly and helpful. Erica Barnes was very courteous and professional.
I would like to recognize your employee Frances Daniels. I came in to renew my license by appointment and Ms. Frances was so nice and patient. Her personality, knowledge, and customer service was A-1.
What a delightful employee the DPS has in Detra Flakes! She helped me and my daughter while we were getting a first-time license.
I just wanted to say how great of a job Chata Morton did! She was very informative and patient. She knew her work and handle her job accordingly.
I wanted to say that I had an appointment today at the Plano Driver License Office and I will say it was excellent. All of the staff from walk up to exit were pleasant and helpful.
I went to the DPS in Brownsville to start my DL paperwork, from the start I was greeted, the COVID protocol was observed, there was no wait, and I went straight to provide my documentation.
I had my appointment at the Carrollton Mega Center, and I just wanted to let someone know that I had a wonderful experience, I was served quickly, and social distancing was planned and executed very well.
They say customer service is non-existent or rare in our world. I guess I experienced rare with two employees at the Carrollton DL office. Robert Davis and Eric Evans assisted with renewing my license.
This world is so filled with negativity and busyness that no one ever stops to see the good or thank others for the good in them. I am doing that right now.
With COVID concerns, I was screened and interviewed before entering the San Angelo office. As I waited, I noticed all the employees disinfected each work station after every customer.
I just wanted to take a moment to say thank you to all the employees and the manager of the North Austin DPS office.
Brenda was very kind and patient with me concerning everything I needed to obtain my DL. She was very knowledgeable and assisted me in a timely manner.
My daughter and I went in for an appointment to the Canton office. Ravee was amazing! She was quick, efficient, great customer service overall. Greeted us with a welcoming smile and joked with us as well.
My previous audit was with Chip Burleson, who was an ease to work with which, in my experience, was not the common type of auditor personality I was accustom to dealing with in state audits.
A quick note to recognize the new process for accessing the license renewal system with the confirmation #. By far the quickest in-and-out DPS license experience I’ve ever had.
We just returned from the Texas Department of Public Safety on Lamar, where my son got his driver license with Sabrina DeJesus.
