My previous audit was with Chip Burleson, who was an ease to work with which, in my experience, was not the common type of auditor personality I was accustom to dealing with in state audits. Although, at first I, I was sad to not have Chip return, I was quickly got “on board” with our new contact person James Buggs. James is an amazing human being. He is polite and willing to go above and beyond to be helpful. Between my experiences with you, Chip and now James, I am confident in saying you go out of your way to hire and implement folks that truly care. You and your staff have always been helpful, patient and kind. I am sure James has dealt with more people in his field that are more tech savvy than I am, however when he his teaching and mentoring is when he shines most. I have absolutely no reservations in calling him for assistance. He was in no way condescending or confrontational. I don’t know if it’s the current climate of policing or just that he is an amazing person, but James is a refreshing break from agencies being told “everything” they do is wrong. Although I admit you hire great people, I am in no hurry to lose James Buggs. We at Pasadena ISD appreciate the effort you but into your staff and the great lengths your staff goes to assist agencies with CJIS compliance. I have yet to receive my findings from my audit however I just wanted to take the time to tell you I was floored with James’ outstanding customer service.
