Erica Gallmore & Sandra Simmons

November 19, 2020

This world is so filled with negativity and busyness that no one ever stops to see the good or thank others for the good in them. I am doing that right now. You have two very special employees at the Wichita Falls facility. I got on the website and tried my hardest to get everything I could to change my driver license over from Oklahoma to Texas and that was a bad experience. I tried to book an appointment and there was none available until 3/2021. I did read to show up early in the morning and I could possibly get an appointment for that day due to first come first serve. I showed up midmorning because my daughter had surgery and was greeted by the most kindest and caring person, Erica. She looked at all the items I was supposed to have and had it in a mess, she looked through it with me and got me organized and kept me calm. I am a nurse and am leaving tomorrow to work in a COVID unit for two or more weeks and then have to self-quarantine for two more weeks prior to coming home for my family’s safety. Erica went and spoke with someone to get me and appointment at 1030 am that day. When I returned for appointment she again greeted me outside with such kindness. I went through all the steps prior to being called to the counter of Sandra, where Sandra was so kind. She did not rush the process and went over each step of the process (paperwork, picture, fingerprints, more paperwork, payment), which was very comforting.
