What a delightful employee the DPS has in Detra Flakes! She helped me and my daughter while we were getting a first-time license. She was efficient, pleasant, and very conscientious handling things quickly and making us feel safe while we were there. Hang on to this wonderful employee - she would be a great person to train incoming employees in customer service.
