The entire process was rather pleasant; a much better experience than the painful process I remember from the last time I had to renew a DL in person. The whole appointment process seemed be clean and efficient, which was in line with the expectation set by your web site. Garland Mega Center showed green - less than 20 minutes when I left home to make my scheduled appointment.
