I wanted to say that I had an appointment today at the Plano Driver License Office and I will say it was excellent. All of the staff from walk up to exit were pleasant and helpful. The process was good and worked well. The time it took from check in to being done was no more than 30 minutes. I appreciate the changes that ya’ll have made. Thank you for making it easy.
