Officer Herd was polite and didn’t make me feel like I was going to receive a traffic violation or ticket. I wasn’t paying attention to the speed limit. He provided helpful information about registering my vehicle and provided locations where I can get that done, and he gave my 5 year old daughter a teddy bear and a sticker! Please give this officer the acknowledgment he deserves!
