I went to the Plano Office to get my license renewed. I had an appointment and the entire process was seamless; from checking in up front, to waiting (which there was no wait), through to the very end. It was an excellent experience. I worked with Knigia at the counter. She was efficient, hilarious, thorough, and kind. Major shout out to her, and the rest of the team, as I'm sure they have been working long hours to play catch up since the pandemic began.
