I recently had the opportunity and pleasure to unexpectedly to meet one your officers. On 4/1/2021 I was pulled over for speeding by Trooper Hux.

My wife and I were driving from Austin to Midland. We were coming into Brady when Officer Mayo pulled me over for going over the speed limit.

I was on my way home and saw a State Trooper with a car pulled over a mile or so from my home. As I rounded the turn, the trooper pointed for me to pull over to which I complied.

Being in the military I have been to the DMV/DPS in at least six different states and it has literally always been a nightmare and taken all day.

Our family would like to express our gratitude formally and sincerely for the remarkable efforts of Trooper Rogers.

Just wanted to say a special thank you to your representative Mary, for her assistance with my driver license renewal.

I was pulled over by this officer on my way home. He was extremely kind and understanding of the situation. I believe that this was not only the correct way to conduct yourself.

We would like to give thanks to Officer Aragones for all the help he provided on March 30, 2021. About 5 or 10 miles out of Bandera one of our tires on our Chevy Tahoe had a blowout.

Ms. Bergman did an amazing job administering the driving test for my student.

On March 14, 2021 I was stopped by Officer E. Castillo for being over the speed limit.

I visited the North Austin office and got there right as it opened for a walk-in appointment. I moved to TX in February and needed to get a new license.

Traveling often on I-35 between DFW and Austin, I feel safe driving the interstate with troopers out there. I got pulled over for speeding just north of Waco by Trooper Inglis.

I want to send kudos regarding the staff at the South Gessner Driver License Office, especially Markcus Adams. I came in to renew my license.

I wanted to take a moment and let you know of the wonderful experience we had at the New Braunfels DL location.

Juan was really polite and friendly and explaining everything that I didn't understand. He walked me through with the whole process and explained everything.

We just wanted to give a shout out to the DPS in Pecos Texas. We stopped by yesterday to pick up the application. The lady who helped us was great! Super helpful and friendly.

I just need to compliment John Arnold at the NW Austin DPS. He was exceedingly kind and friendly as he assisted my friend (who is homeless) in renewing his driver license.

My 73 year old mother from India had an appointment for Texas ID in Temple, Texas. She was helped by Ms. Karen Brown.

Thank you very much for the nice experience at the Garland DPS Mega Center. I have moved to Texas from out of state and was feeling a little anxious.

I wanted to let you know what a great experience I had at the San Angelo Driver License Office. I made an appointment last week to renew my driver license.

I went through the process of getting a Texas driver license about a month ago. I had to stop into both the North Lamar and Pflugerville locations.

I just wanted to say thank you for a great experience! My son and I came in to get his first driver license, and we were assisted by Sabrina DeJesus.

Gina Langley is the type of person I would hire if I still owned businesses. She is professional, attentive, caring, kind, authentic and extremely quick minded.
