I wanted to let you know what a great experience I had at the San Angelo Driver License Office. I made an appointment last week to renew my driver license. When I arrived, the San Angelo team had a great system in place to process customers in a timely manner. The ladies were working outside and were very helpful and pleasant. Once I got into the building I had a very short wait before Erica Barnes was able to assist me. Throughout my transaction with Erica, she was pleasant and easy to work with. Please let Erica and the San Angelo team know that this was by far the best experience I have ever had! Great job and great teamwork!
