Thank you very much for the nice experience at the Garland DPS Mega Center. I have moved to Texas from out of state and was feeling a little anxious. My second proof of residency was on an app in my phone, and it was very nice the center was able to print out a copy of what I needed instead of sending me away to come back another day. Angelica was very professional as she printed out my bank statement. I was really impressed with the customer service I received from Alex when my number was called a second time. He was professional and calm, was kind and courteous, setting me at ease to think straight and provide him with everything needed.
