I want to send kudos regarding the staff at the South Gessner Driver License Office, especially Markcus Adams. I came in to renew my license. Everyone from the woman doing the temperature check at the door to the person who did my vision screening was efficient and polite. Mr. Adams went above, he saw me sitting briefly in the waiting area, came and got me, and brought me to his window. Through the whole process he was just plan friendly and nice. I told him, and wanted to send for the record, that in these stressful days with COVID and everything else, it really makes a big difference in the day to have someone be nice to you just because. Two days later I’m still smiling about it.
