I’m very impressed with the vast improvement in streamlining the process.

I was served by a delightful lady named Tanina. I had dreaded the occasion, so it was a wonderful surprise to find myself helped by a woman who truly excels in the art of customer service.

Courtney helped me renew my license. She was calm, friendly and efficient. She answered my questions and included good information I needed to know, but that I didn't think to ask.

I had a very pleasant experience at Garland Mega Center. All of the workers I came in contact with were very helpful and I especially want to praise the clerk who took care of my license application, Jackie Brown.

I recently visited our local driver license office in an effort to obtain a permit for my teenage son. The lady that waited on us was extremely cooperative and helpful.

On February 17th, 2020, Officer Westerman pulled over my husband. The officer was calm and relaxed. Never have I seen an officer treat a person with such respect.

I went to renew my driver license. I was there on a Friday morning and there was a long line.

We have used the services at the Columbus Driver License Office on several occasions since 2018. We have been at that office as early as opening time and as late as closing time.

Just wanted to pass along to you a note about the excellent service provided by Ruby Duncan during my recent visit to the Midland Driver License Center. Ms. Duncan was friendly and efficient.
