I was served by a delightful lady named Tanina. I had dreaded the occasion, so it was a wonderful surprise to find myself helped by a woman who truly excels in the art of customer service. She smiled as she looked straight at me, spoke clearly so that I, an 81-year-old hearing-impaired woman, had no trouble hearing her and just made me feel that she was happy to be there and to assist me. If only we could staff my local post office with clones of her!!
