We have used the services at the Columbus Driver License Office on several occasions since 2018. We have been at that office as early as opening time and as late as closing time. We’ve been there on different days of the week and we have never seen those ladies be anything but professional, courteous, knowledgeable and quite simply, happy. We have never experienced the like at any other government or state office. The first time we thought, oh they were nice. The second time we asked each other, “Are they like this all the time?” By the third and subsequent visits we were left with no doubt. It’s such a pleasure to encounter such human beings, who treat the public with respect and patience and genuine interest in solving their problems rather than barking at them to go and fix their paperwork and return. You have an amazing work force team there. We appreciate them tremendously and hope that you do as well.
