On February 17th, 2020, Officer Westerman pulled over my husband. The officer was calm and relaxed. Never have I seen an officer treat a person with such respect. Now, we have always treated officers with respect, but to have an officer return the gesture, that is something he needs to be recognized for. Officer Westerman was patient and he did not interrupt, as I have seen other officers do. Please thank him for his service.
