I would like to express my appreciation to Rachel Fisher. She comes to the small town of Panhandle the 1st, 3rd and 5th Tuesdays of every month to serve the citizens of Carson County.

Sharon was patient, personable and very knowledgeable. I was pleasantly surprised when I encountered this young lady during my renewal process.

I renewed my license at the McKinney office and it was an easy and quick experience. I used the online system to get an approximate visit time and arrived about 15 minutes early.

After I failed to get the correct documents for proof of residency, Idalia still managed to get my application through by using my bank statement and proof of insurance.
