Just wanted to send a high five out to Stacy and the other cool women working at the Columbus location. Had to get the "star" on my license. Been putting this chore off due to the dreaded wait time. Got there about 8:15 am, pulled ticket #18 and they were on #13. Done and gone by 8:50 am. It was a super pleasant experience. All of the lovely ladies were so positive and courteous. They had upbeat music playing to put everyone in a happy mood. Extra touches with the US Flag at their station, positive signs in various areas like "Smile", a silly flower by the camera, etc. I even heard the people waiting behind me talking about how nice the ladies are. It made my experience great and started my day off on a positive note. Thank you ladies of the Columbus Driver License Office!!!!!
