I went to the Terrell location to get a new license after moving back to Texas from Chicago. There was a huge crowd with some people getting rude and frustrated. All of the women in that office were extremely calm and courteous, even when faced with disrespect. I was so thankful when I was pulled while waiting to see if I had all of my correct paperwork. I know they didn't have to go out of their way to make sure people had the right paperwork, but I am so thankful they did. I am a school teacher and took the day off to go get my license done because I had heard how long it takes. Because of their thoughtfulness and diligence I was able to get my license without having to take another day away from my students. Huge shout out to Stephanie and Latonya for going above and beyond with smiles on their faces! They are hard workers and did what they could for each individual person there. Thank you for making my day off count in a big way and helping me get this done. You all are appreciated!!
