I took my 81-year-old uncle to the DPS office in Texas City to get an identification card. He is nearly blind and I’m 72 years old and have a tremor that makes writing difficult. We had an application form filled out, but it’s now obsolete, so we had to complete another one. Breyanna was very patient and courteous throughout the entire process.
