A big thank you to State Trooper R. Matlock. He came right away to help us when we had a tire blowout on I-20 West leaving Marshall, TX.

I want to brag on Sgt. Jason Morgan. Recently my daughter received a traffic citation that she did not understand why, so we contacted DPS and had the pleasure of speaking with Sgt. Morgan.

I had the pleasure of having Knigia help my daughter in getting her learners permit. She was both professional and personable while working with my daughter and me.

I was stopped last Thursday evening by Officer Pineda near Pecos, TX, for speeding in a construction zone on Hwy 285. I just want to give him a compliment for his professionalism and the respect he showed me.

When Texas Trooper Clark stopped me for a traffic violation, I was so very nervous and upset.

Melissa was very helpful when I renewed my license. She explained the process and answered my questions with great courtesy. I found the whole process much improved from my last experience with DPS.

I was scheduled at the Carrollton DPS office to have my license renewed. The entire experience at this office was one of the best experiences I’ve ever had at the DPS.

I would like to thank Officer Shoemaker of Collin County. I had a tire blowout on Highway 75 in McKinney and pulled off the road and was able to make it to a side street.

Amparo at the Amarillo location was an amazing representation of creditable work. She was kind and polite and showed amazing customer service skills. Her calm demeanor and patience was outstanding.

I went to the Boerne office for my daughter's driver license test. I was blown away at how patient and helpful Debra was.

On August 6th, my wife and I were driving on HWY 90 west towards Del Rio. Unaware of the speed limit, which apparently I exceeded, I was summoned by Officer Flores to pull over.

I want to thank Janet at the Hillsboro Driver License Office for her great customer service provided to me.

I had the pleasure of being assisted by Tracy Hand, she was very patient and organized, made the process of renewing my license very smooth.

Wowzer, I never thought I’d be writing these words. “I had a great experience yesterday getting my Texas Driver License renewed at the DPS!

On July 31, 2020 I ran out of gas on Gruene Road. Trooper Juarez arrived on scene and I explained the situation. Trooper Juarez told me not to worry about anything. My stress level plummeted.

I was dreading my TDL renewal, especially now with Covid and masks and social distancing. It was such a good experience with resources online, I knew to get a birth certificate ahead of time.

I just renewed my license at the South Austin DPS office, per Real ID documentation requirements. The new appointment system is AWESOME!

I had to renew my driver license in person this year. I was very lucky to get Felicia as the person who helped me! She was very kind and personable.

The staff at the Caldwell driver license office are awesome! They helped my son avoid pitfalls getting his class c license and they went above and beyond to take care of us.

We took our daughter to get her driver license at the Plano office. While most of the procedures right are due to COVID-19, it does seem like the system is much more streamlined and efficient.

I have recently moved from OK. I was unable to get an appointment for my TX ID before my old license expires. I sent a note to the webmaster and received a response from Kris.

My husband and I went into the Rockwall office to renew our driver license. We made an appointment online two and a half months previously.

I would like to say Haven was very knowledgeable and kept a great sense humor. She also made sure I was comfortable and satisfied with everything. Thank you so much for making my visit a pleasant one.

Patricia was amazing!!!!! She was very polite, professional, and very helpful and she got me in and out as quickly as possible. It was a very nice experience going to the Jacksonville office to renew my license.

I had an appointment to renew my driver license at the Dacoma location. I got there a bit early. We lined up outside according to socially distance marks that had been placed. I got in a bit early and was out early.
