I would like to thank Officer Shoemaker of Collin County. I had a tire blowout on Highway 75 in McKinney and pulled off the road and was able to make it to a side street. Officer Shoemaker saw me pulled over with my tailgate up and stopped to change my tire. I was very appreciative of his help and would like to acknowledge his kind act. Thank you.
