I just renewed my license at the South Austin DPS office, per Real ID documentation requirements. The new appointment system is AWESOME! Mary couldn't have been nicer or more efficient in getting me documented and on my way. Start to finish I spent less than 30 minutes in the office. This would seem a good thing to come out of the pandemic.
