Melissa was very helpful when I renewed my license. She explained the process and answered my questions with great courtesy. I found the whole process much improved from my last experience with DPS. The appointment system and having my documentation checked beforehand was a great time saver for both DPS and myself. Good employees reflect good supervisors, so compliments to the supervisors as well.
