I have recently moved from OK. I was unable to get an appointment for my TX ID before my old license expires. I sent a note to the webmaster and received a response from Kris. Kris helped route me to Betty, called me and helped get me an appointment which has been a huge help for me. I have never received this level of service from any state agency, not to say I have had poor experience in the past from OK, but this level was so impressive and made me so happy that we moved to the Houston area!
