Props to the amazing work that the staff in Eagle Pass office has demonstrated when both my 18 year old twins came into take out their driver license.

LaTonya’s customer service is phenomenal! She made this frustrating process so much easier! She obviously takes pride in her job!

When she was dealing with an elderly gentleman before my turn, she was very patient in assisting him and helped him understand and acquire his license.

Darneisia assisted renewing my driver license. I wanted to commend her for the efficient way in which she processed my application for renewal as well as the pleasant conversation.

Charlotte assisted me in renewing my license and she treated me as if I was the only person in the building. She is extremely efficient, warm and capable.

My recent visit to the Austin North Lamar location was a positive one. Everyone I spoke to was friendly. Terry helped me renew my driver license. He was efficient in doing so.

The entire McKinney staff was excellent! There was a very kind lady who made us feel at ease with ensuring we had the correct forms and waited in the correct spot.

I went to the Northwest Austin location today to renew my license for the Real ID. Everything ran very smoothly.
