I went to the Sulphur Springs office to renew my license. It was a bit crowded, probably due to spring break. But in spite of the crowd, the staff there was exceptional! Each one of them worked consistently to serve each person and ensure everyone was taken care of as quickly as possible. For my renewal, Sherrie took care of everything in no time at all! She was personable and professional and made me feel comfortable during my visit. I want to say that I couldn't be happier with my experience.
