I had a very pleasant experience when I renewed my driver license at the Gessner facility. I am 90 years old and use a walker and I was ushered quickly to Wendy who was very patient and accommodating. I truly appreciate the way Wendy handled my renewal so professionally and courteously. I hope she is still at her desk when I return for my next renewal!!
