I went to the Northwest Austin location today to renew my license for the Real ID. Everything ran very smoothly. Employees helped people get checked in and communicated announcements periodically regarding documents needed and where to go to get documents pre-checked. Robert was very helpful and courteous. All of the employees that I saw were helpful and kind. I was pleasantly surprised with how quickly and smoothly it all went.
