My husband and I had to renew my license and his identification card. My husband had a stroke and has difficulty getting around, so it was a rather strenuous trip for us. Danique and Melody went above and beyond and were very patient with me, paying attention both to my husband and I, and not as much on the process going on with the renewal. I really appreciated the service they gave. While the trip was strenuous, we were able to successful get the job done.
