I visited your Carrollton location with my husband who is recently disabled due to a brain injury. Jeremy took care of us with so much kindness and patience. My husband’s response time can be really slow and the same goes for when he is trying to sign something. Jeremy gave him all the time he needed. Also he was very patient with the picture taking. It took three shots to get a decent photo from my husband, but Jeremy didn't seem to mind. He was extremely kind to us.
