I wanted to say thank you to the employee that helped me, Donice from the North Lamar office. She was professional and thorough and very kind.

I went to your Monahans DLO to renew my license. Marcelle was very friendly from the get go. She was nice, very pleasant and helpful. You could even say she has a bubbly personality.

On September 7, 2020 I experienced a flat. No one stopped to help me and I was unfamiliar with the jack placement. A DPS vehicle pulled up and asked me if he could assist me.

Jennifer was courteous, efficient, pleasant and made the entire driver license renewal move smoothly. In fact, the person checking me in at the door was equally pleasant.

Officer Blacksher was nothing but professional and courteous at all times.
