Trooper Nava was instrumental in finding a solution to a SPURS printing issue that had persisted for years. He was patient, professional and courteous, assisting me while I went back and forth between the vendor and Trooper Nava’s mobile computer, trying various settings and configurations. In the end we found the solution to the issue and all THP users will be notified of the solution.
