I registered my son to for his driving permit at the Universal City motor vehicle office. I wanted to commend the supervisor of this office and his/her staff for their organization, professionalism and courtesy. In the complex COVID environment we ae living in, our visit was one of the smoothest, safest, and most organized I have experienced in recent time. I would like to recognize Sandra who processed my son’s learner permit. She displayed patience and courtesy to both me and my son throughout our visit, going above and beyond to help us “problem-solve” any issues we had. I can’t thank her enough for all her assistance and the overall positive experience with her office!
