My daughter and I went to the Rockwall DPS to obtain her driver permit. I cannot express enough how impressed we were with this facility. It was clean, organized and professional. Lisa took care of our forms and was extremely kind. My daughter was nervous. Lisa was gentle with her tone and acted like she had nowhere else to be, but with us. You don’t find people like that often enough these days. I truly appreciate Lisa’s patience and expertise. Thank you for a wonderful experience.
