I went to your Monahans DLO to renew my license. Marcelle was very friendly from the get go. She was nice, very pleasant and helpful. You could even say she has a bubbly personality. She got me right in and had me finished even before my scheduled appointment. Best experience I've ever had getting my license renewed. The world needs more friendly people like her.
