I am writing this letter to offer my thanks and kudos to the entire staff at the DPS office in Gainesville. I was at the office to renew my driver license. Everyone was professional, helpful and friendly.

My husband and I traveled to the Bonham Driver License Office. After arriving there it was stated that the office was for appointment only.

I recently had to go in person to get my license renewed. I was dreading it. I just knew it would be a mess. I just knew I would be in a room with a ton of other people and waiting for hours. I was wrong!

Adriane helped me with a license renewal at the Rosenberg Mega Center and she provided truly outstanding service.

Thank you for providing a platform in which to commend two young ladies in your employment. I am a 59 year old Texas Driver that had allowed my license to lapse and thus exceeded the two year limit.

I visited the Garland Mega Center to have my license renewed. I cannot tell you how pleased I was with the whole experience. The facility was clean, safe and well organized.

Rodona assisted me with my appointment to renew my driver license. She is very professional and a pleasure to do business with.

Joanna Lopez helped my son and me. I have to say that she is very impressive. She worked with us to make sure that my son was able to do what he needed to. She was very helpful, friendly and kind.

Perla was very kind and professional, she took care of me in a very timely manner. She was very interested in my needs and took care of them quickly. I did not realize that all DPS offices were "by appt. only".

Just renewed my driver license. I want to commend your staff for making it very pleasant. The appointment service is excellent.

I was at my local DPS office and ended up working with Andrea Wade to get my Driver license renewed.

My wife scheduled an appointment to renew her driver license in Gainesville. First of all at least one good thing has come out of the COVID and that is the scheduled appointment times.

Verna gave me a superb service and I had a great experience. Everyone at the DPS office on Gessner were really nice. The employees at the entrance helped me to find my way and were really nice to me.

Chad was very kind, polite, efficient, and professional when he was helping me apply for my in-person driver license renewal. He was very patient in waiting for me to fill out forms and produce documents.

I greatly appreciate the terrific customer service we received from April Tarbutton at the Pecos Office. She was extremely polite, patient and very professional.
