I am writing this letter to offer my thanks and kudos to the entire staff at the DPS office in Gainesville. I was at the office to renew my driver license. Everyone was professional, helpful and friendly. There were no delays and in fact everything was on or ahead of schedule. The visit and appointment was pleasant and a joy.
