Perla was very kind and professional, she took care of me in a very timely manner. She was very interested in my needs and took care of them quickly. I did not realize that all DPS offices were "by appt. only". I drove to the Spring Cypress DPS mega center where I arrived not in a good mood, I was saw the sign that said "by appt. only office" but the lady asked me to hang on and she would see if she could find me an appt. which she did. I went inside and after a few minutes I was taken to Mrs. Parra, and in just a few minutes she had fulfilled my needs and I was on my way. I don't think I was in the building more than 20 minutes. It is people like Perla Parra that will give the "DPS" a good name and not a scary, bad place to go. Needless to say that because of Perla Parra I left the DPS office a HAPPY CAMPER. Thank you!
