I am very grateful for Cassandra’s tremendous help. By way of background, I have been working with CJIS data for 20+ years, and have interacted with many different states’ CJIS shops. I have long bragged on Texas (my home state) and the CJIS setup and user-friendliness of acquiring CCH data. Yes I am biased being a native son, but DPS has always been heads and shoulders above all other states. For what it’s worth, others who have interacted with Cassandra over the years told me “Cassandra will get you set up, and she’ll be pleasant to work with as well.” It’s all true.
