I just wanted to pass on how much I appreciated the way I was treated today getting my driver license renewed at the Paris DPS office. The employee’s name was Dolores and I want to report that she was very friendly and very efficient. Sometimes today people in her type of job are not so friendly, but she made my time spent in her office a very nice experience. Please pass on to her how much her demeanor and professionalism was appreciated.
